Le Fauve, the official mascot of the Angoulême International Comics Festival, was created by Lewis Trondheim in 2007, during his presidency of the jury for the 34th edition. Le Fauve embodies the image of the Angoulême festival. For its 46th edition, RAJA was the partner of the festival for the gradual implementation of an environmentally responsible approach, particularly by positioning cardboard at the heart of the event through the creation of cardboard furniture, stands, and exhibition sets. It was on this occasion that this two-meter-high Fauve made of corrugated cardboard was created. This work is the result of collaboration between the world of comics and an environmentally conscious packaging company.
